Loved our rooms with balcony. The location was marvellous and peaceful, the staff were very helpful. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Zagrebacka 190 bus stop.

The value for money at Europa was great – especially with the inclusive breakfast and free parking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful, even offering to hold our luggage before our flight.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zagreb and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location, which was close to the airport. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me with any queries I had. The rooms were also great, with a balcony that offered a nicer view, and they had all the basic amenities I needed, including an air conditioner. Lastly, the breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausages, which was a delicious start to the day.

Although there are some areas that could be improved, overall my stay at the hotel was satisfactory.

Convenient Location and Quiet Room

The location was awesome because there was a Konzum store just a 10-15 minute walk away from here. My room was peaceful and bright, plus it had a balcony. 🌞

During our stay at Hotel Europa, we experienced outstanding customer service. When we arrived, we were initially assigned a room with a street-facing window, which was a bit noisy. However, upon requesting a quieter room, the receptionists were incredibly kind and offered us multiple alternative rooms on the other side of the hotel. They even apologized for the older equipment in those rooms, but we prioritized a peaceful environment over modern amenities. The staff's willingness to accommodate our needs was truly exceptional. Additionally, the breakfast included delicious yogurts, making it a delightful start to each day.
